Tiffany Haddish Skit Video Involving a Child Sparks Twitter Reactions

Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears have been accused of child sexual abuse after a skit video.

John Doe, who was born in 2007, and his sister Jane Doe, who is now 22 years old, filed the complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday. In the action, Jane, who is John’s legal guardian, is the plaintiff both on her own behalf and on behalf of her younger brother.

In separate events, the lawsuit claims that Haddish and Spears forced the siblings to participate in sexually explicit skits while they were young, which they say “stole the youth of a 7-year-old child and a 14-year-old child.”

The lawsuit was first reported by The Daily Beast.

“We were both going through a divorce,” the mother told The Daily Beast. “Messy, messy, messy, messy divorces… We just got really, really super, super close.”

Haddish has consistently checked in for years, whether it be from a movie shoot or abroad, according to the mother of the siblings.

The lawsuit claims that Jane, then 14 years old, attended a comedy camp where Haddish spoke as a guest speaker in the summer of 2013. Around that time, Haddish allegedly informed the youngster that she had discovered “the perfect role for her”: a television ad.

According to the lawsuit, neither Jane nor her mother were aware of what the shoot would involve. The only people who are claimed to have known the plot are Haddish and Spears, who was also present to make the video.

A bunch of coeds were reportedly fighting over a subway sandwich in the tape Spears and Haddish requested Jane to watch in the recording booth. The clip reportedly appeared innocent at first, albeit a little weird.

But then, according to the lawsuit, the coeds started eating the sandwich from different ends in a suggestive manner, “moaning and making sexual noises as they both ate the sandwich in a manner that imitated the act of [the thing].”

Spears allegedly instructed Jane to “copy what she had seen on the screen, including the noises precisely like what she had heard throughout the film,” according to the complaint. The lawsuit alleges that the 14-year-old, who was “nervous and disgusted,” remained mute until Haddish entered the room.

“Haddish verbally explained what was expected of Plaintiff Jane Doe and then showed Plaintiff Jane Doe how to give [the thing], including movements, noises, moaning, and groaning,” the lawsuit states.

“At that point,” Jane told The Daily Beast, “I knew a hundred percent what they wanted out of me.”

According to the lawsuit, Spears allegedly watched while Jane, who was “physically, emotionally, and mentally uncomfortable,” was given this directive.

At the time of publication, neither Tiffany Haddish nor Aries Spears has made any comments regarding the subject.

Another said; “This thing with Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears is why I keep saying that comics need to be reigned in. You can’t make a joke about everything. A lot of comedy today is mean-spirited and/or weird. Now, allegedly, criminal.”

One also said: “Like…there’s literally VIDEO evidence of what Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears are accused of. There’s no defending it. My heart breaks for the mother, because she’s been screaming at the top of her lungs about what happened to her kids, for years, and was ignored.”
