Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, known by his stage name Yung Filly, has been released on bail and banned from traveling after being charged with the rape of a woman in Perth, Australia.

The 29-year-old YouTuber and rapper was arrested by Western Australian police after allegedly assaulting a woman in her 20s at his Perth hotel on 28 September.

Yung Filly appeared in a Perth court today, where he was granted bail set at $100,000 AUD (£51,000).

In addition to the bail conditions, he has been prohibited from leaving the state of Western Australia and is required to report daily to the Perth Police Station in Northbridge.

During the court proceedings, the prosecution highlighted the severity of the charges, stating that the victim bore “a history of violent acts across her body,” and framed the case as involving “a consensual issue.”

Yung Filly’s defense lawyer contested this claim, arguing that the alleged victim had been intoxicated at the time of the incident, according to reports from Channel 9.

The charges Yung Filly faces include four counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, and one count of impeding a person’s breathing or circulation by applying pressure to their neck.

Authorities claim the incident occurred after Yung Filly performed at Bar1 nightclub in Perth, where he allegedly brought the woman back to his hotel room.

The case remains ongoing as Yung Filly awaits further legal proceedings under the strict terms of his bail.
