16-year-old Kierra Moore shot in East Garfield Park

A 16-year-old girl was fatally shot Thursday night in East Garfield Park on the West Side.
Kierra Moore was with a group of people in the 3100 block of West Polk Street about 11:30 p.m. when someone in a black sedan opened fire, striking her multiple times, Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.
She was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where she died, police said.
No one was in custody.
