According to TikTok user @thatdaneshguy, the name of the man is Anthony P Orlich.

He worked as an associate at Leader Berkon, Colao & Silverstein LLP. He is said to specialize in toxic tort defense and product liability.

At the time of writing, his LinkedIn account and any information about him on the company website had been deactivated.

It cannot be confirmed at this time if Anthony P Orlich has been fired.
